Blocking Valves Series 50 - T50

La funzione della valvola di blocco è quella di mantenere in pressione il circuito a valle nel caso in cui venga a mancare la sorgente di pressione. Viene solitamente impiegata direttamente sulle bocche di alimentazione dei cilindri per poterli mantenere in posizione nel caso in cui si interrompa accidentalmente il segnale di pilotaggio impedendo così un'improvvisa depressurizzazione delle camere in pressione.
È prevista sia la versione unidirezionale che la versione bidirezionale.

CYILINDERS ACCORDING TO STANDARD ISO15552 - Series ECOPLUS

The new “ECOPLUS”, cylinder manufactured according to ISO 15552 is the result of the experience made on the 1319-1320-1321 series.
The new family comprises two sub categories:
"ECOPLUS" T manufactured with high resistance technopolymer end caps, the same used on the 1380-1381-1382 series.
"ECOPLUS" M manufactured with aluminium die cast end caps. The barrel is common to both series and includes, on three sides, 2 grooves to suit, without the need of adaptors, the 1580 slim series magnetic sensors.

Solenoid valves Series 2500 - OPTYMA32-T

With the introduction of the “T” configuration of solenoid valves with integrated pneumatic connections fitted directly on the sub base the 2500 series (called OPTYMA) is now richer than ever. Many technical features make the new product interesting.

Valves and Solenoidvalves ECOLINE series

Technopolymer valves ECOLINE series A complete series of valves and solenoid valves manufactured in high performance technopolymer. Available with mechanical, pneumatic or solenoid control pilots. Manufactured in two sizes: 1/8” connections (nominal flow rate approximately 650Nl/Min) or 1/4” connections (nominal flow rate approximately 1100Nl/Min). Both sizes are available with 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 function. Interchange-ability with the corresponding metal version (where applicable) is granted. Solenoid valves , both 1/8” and 1/4” connections, can be assembled in manifolds using the dedicated profiled sub base which allows to convey the exhausts and the air supply. The range is than completed with the introduction of a new solenoid valve designed to be assembled on the Namur interface. It is available with both 4/2 and 5/2 function or as an hybrid version which can be configured by the client. This valve is classified for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX directive 94/9/CE) All the above products are presented to the market at very interesting prices.

Function fittings Tecno-FUN Series 551

New compact line of different logic functions that can be used in any place of the secondary pneumatic circuit, developed to be installed directly onto the main pneumatic components (distributors or cylinders). Thanks to the modular design it is possible to easily join together multiple logic functions without the need of using pipes to connect them; it is also possible to choose the type and style of each connection. The connections available are the following: straight cartridge; Banjo PL cartridge; male cartridge threaded 1/8” or 1/4” and female cartridge threaded 1/8”.
Function fittings can also be assembled side by side in order to be assembled on the DIN EN 50022 rail (using the relevant kit).
