Needle Valves and Check Valves up to 100.000 psi

• 2 piece non rotating stem to provide optimum reliability.
• All valves are Bi-directional.
• Max. working temp 200 deg C.
• Pressure Range 3,000 - 100,000 psi / 200 - 7,000 bar.
• Material - 316 Stainless Steel or other exotic alloys as required.
• Connection Sizes - 1/4" to 1"
• Coned and threaded connections for reliability and safety.
• Material Certificate - Total Traceability Certificate (TTC) available on request.

Air Operated Needle Valves

• Pressure Range - 10,000 psi - 60,000 psi / 690 - 4,000 bar
• Material - 316 Stainless Steel with aluminum bronze bonnet (other exotic materials on request)
• Connection Sizes - 1/4" to 1"
• Air to open (ATO) or air to close (ATC) options.

Fittings, Adaptors and Connectors up to 100.000 psi

• Items rated up to 30,000 psi (2070 bar) are manufactured in NACE MR-01-75 approved material.
• Fitting Range - Elbow, Tees, Crosses, Glands, Collars and Anti vibration assemblies
• Pressure Range - 20,000 psi - 100,000 psi / 1300 - 7,000bar
• Material - 316 Stainless Steel
• Connection Sizes - 1/4" to 1"
• All the IPT fittings are totally compatible with Autoclave, Butech and HIP.

High Pressure Tubing up to 100.000 psi

• Tube Size - 1/4" to 1" (depending on pressure)
• High surface internal and external finish
• Maximum Length - 7 mtrs
• We have a wide stock of 316 S/S and 304 S/S, delivery in 24 hours

Gas Compressors

• Maximum Pressure - 43,500 psi / 3000 bar with ATEX certification.
• Diaphragm Type Compressor.
• Suitable for ultra pure gas applications and are also available for Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Hand Pump up to 100.000 psi (7000 bar)

• 3 large handles for easy operation
• Range of pressure 2000 – 7000 bar (29000 – 101.500 psi)
• Recommended for all common high pressure fluids even of low viscosity
