INTERFLUID is an authorised distributor of Vuototecnica. We have a wide range of vacuum components in our stock. We are specialized in providing technical advises to our customers about the vacuum technology. |
The sectors and applications in which the use of vacuum systems is increasingly strategic are
growing as fast as technological progress itself, stimulated by industry's efforts to be ever better in less time. Vuototecnica responds to these needs and expectations with positive propositions and a problem solving approach. Uniting specialised experience with a constant commitment to innovation is the guiding principle for a company rightly recognised as among the world leaders in this sector.
The prestigious and highly professional reputation that Vuototecnica has earned in markets and with the most demanding operators is founded on specific factors that can be summed up in a fundamental added value: acting as a true engineering partner for clients. Apart from products, Vuototecnica knows how to provide ideas and solutions, answers that can optimize production processes and industrial dynamics in many fields of application.

SPECIAL VACUUM CYLINDERSDesigned for the graphics sector and in particular for gripping and separating stacked sheets. They are also recommended for all applications where the use of pneumatic cylinders is best avoided for gripping the items to be lifted by the suckers. Obviously the load must be compatible with the lifting force of the vacuum cylinder. |

GROUND LIPFor a perfect seal on minimum contact with the item to be handled ANTI-AGEING TREATMENTDesigned exclusively by us, it allows the definition of the chemicophysical characteristics of the compounds we use, ensuring a product that is unalterable through time. SPECIAL COMPOUNDSOngoing research and attention to the issues faced by our clients allow us to offer state-of-the-art suckers for contexts like very high or low temperatures, abrasion over large numbers of cycles, electrostatic charges, chemical attack, staining of delicate surfaces, etc. |
OIL-RESISTANT RUBBERThis excellent compound has a hardness of 60 Shore, resists oil, fats, hydrocarbons, and gas. In addition to these chemicophysical characteristics, this compound has optimum mechanical characteristics making it suitable for heavy work involving jerking, squashing, impact, etc. It can resist temperatures up to 60-70º C. NATURAL PARA RUBBERA compound with hardness 45 Shore. Compared to the oil-resistant rubber, it is extremely flexible, making it suitable for solving problems of difficult grip, like irregular shapes or surfaces. The chemicophysical characteristics are inferior to those of oil-resistant rubber and it cannot, for example, be used in contact with oil or grease. In compensation it has better mechanical characteristics. It can tolerate temperatures of 50 to 60º C without alteration. SILICONThis compound has a hardness of 45 Shore. Because of its chemicophysical characteristics, it can be used in contact with oils, hydrocarbons, and gas, as with the oil-resistant rubber. Thanks to its excellent flexibility it can be used to grip loads with irregular shapes of surfaces, as with natural Para rubber. Its excellent heat resistance means it can be used in contact with surfaces at up to 250°C. Compared with the other rubber compounds described above, silicon rubber has poor mechanical resistance. |

OCTOPUS SYSTEMSThe OCTOPUS system has been designed inresponse to the operational flexibility required bypalletising robotics and vacuum operated liftingsystems in general.Actually this system allows the handling of objectswith any shape and feature, provided that they havea reasonable transpiration, without any need tochange or position a vacuum cup and also whentheir surface only occupies 5% of the whole suctionplate.Of course the maximum weight of the load tobe lifted will be proportionate to the grip surface. |
