VALVES AND SOLENOID VALVES

VACUUM VALVES CATALOG (PDF 2.4MB)

VALVES

VALVES

MANUAL: two and three way for vacuum interception and distribution

TRISEA: versions with horizontal clapet or with vertical spring return, they serve for automatically sealing a vacuum circuit

PUSH VALVES: with a pin or ball valve shutter and combined with the various suckers, they start suction only on contact with the object to be handled

SHUT-OFF VALVES: fitted on the suckers they automatically shut off suction in the case of leaks, avoiding the loss of vacuum on the correctly gripping suckers

PNEUMATIC VALVES

PNEUMATIC SERVO-PILOTED VALVES AND SOLENOID-VALVES

THREE-WAY VALVES: with conical valve shutters, they ensure excellent flow capacity

MONOSTABLE OR BISTABLE THREE-WAY SOLENOID VALVES:  they can be fitted in a vacuum circuit operating in N.O. and N.C. They insure excellent flow capacity and reduced switching times. They can manage a continuous counter jet on the third release to facilitate release of suckers. The bistable (safety) version ensures that the vacuum is maintained both with lack of power and pressure in the servo-pilot.

SOLENOID VALVES

ELECTRO-PILOT AND DIRECT CONTROL SOLENOID VALVES

TWO AND THREE WAY ELECTRO-PILOT: minimum in bulk, they are designed for high numbers of work cycles.

TWO-WAY SOLENOID VALVE: with a patented operating principle, they are particularly recommended for autoclaves, degassers, and vacuum bells.

VACUUM SLAVE DIRECT CONTROL THREE WAY SOLENOID VALVES: these solenoid valves offer extremely short switching times and a high number of cycles, free as they are of friction and dynamic internal loading. Recommended for systems without compressed air. N.O. and N.C. versions.

ANTI-AGEING TREATMENT

Designed exclusively by us, it allows the definition of the chemicophysical characteristics of the compounds we use, ensuring a product that is unalterable through time.

SPECIAL COMPOUNDS

Ongoing research and attention to the issues faced by our clients allow us to offer state-of-the-art suckers for contexts like very high or low temperatures, abrasion over large numbers of cycles, electrostatic charges, chemical attack, staining of delicate surfaces, etc.

OIL-RESISTANT RUBBER

This excellent compound has a hardness of 60 Shore, resists oil, fats, hydrocarbons, and gas. In addition to these chemicophysical characteristics, this compound has optimum mechanical characteristics making it suitable for heavy work involving jerking, squashing, impact, etc. It can resist temperatures up to 60-70º C.

NATURAL PARA RUBBER

A compound with hardness 45 Shore. Compared to the oil-resistant rubber, it is extremely flexible, making it suitable for solving problems of difficult grip, like irregular shapes or surfaces. The chemicophysical characteristics are inferior to those of oil-resistant rubber and it cannot, for example, be used in contact with oil or grease. In compensation it has better mechanical characteristics. It can tolerate temperatures of 50 to 60º C without alteration.

SILICON

This compound has a hardness of 45 Shore. Because of its chemicophysical characteristics, it can be used in contact with oils, hydrocarbons, and gas, as with the oil-resistant rubber. Thanks to its excellent flexibility it can be used to grip loads with irregular shapes of surfaces, as with natural Para rubber. Its excellent heat resistance means it can be used in contact with surfaces at up to 250°C. Compared with the other rubber compounds described above, silicon rubber has poor mechanical resistance.

OCTOPUS SYSTEMS

OCTOPUS SYSTEMS

The OCTOPUS system has been designed inresponse to the operational flexibility required bypalletising robotics and  vacuum operated liftingsystems in general.Actually this system allows the handling of objectswith any shape and feature, provided that they havea reasonable transpiration, without any need tochange or position a vacuum cup and also whentheir surface only occupies 5% of the whole suctionplate.Of course the maximum weight of the load tobe lifted will be proportionate to the grip surface.

[pneumatic suction and blowing pumps]
This new generation of very flexible pumps with multiple ejectors, able to suck or blow according to what is required, represents a real technological advancement compared to the traditional pumps with rotating vanes. Characterized by newly conceived ejectors, these exclusive pumps have an extraordinary ratio between the quantity of compressed air used and the sucked (or generated) air, a big advantage for the operational consumption.
Furthermore they have the ability to adjust the vacuum level (or pressure level) and the capacity, based on the pressure of the supply air. Moreover the choice of high tech materials of the latest generation, reduces their weight, thus allowing the installation directly on the machine.
